No, at this time Authentic Reclaimed only provides therapy via telehealth. Therapy is conducted through a HIPAA compliant platform called Theraplatform.

At this time, our Therapists only work with adults 18+.

Therapy at Authentic Reclaimed is $120 for 60 minute sessions. This rate is for individuals who wish to self pay if a therapist is not in network with their insurance, or if they choose not to use their insurance for therapy sessions.

If Authentic Reclaimed is in network with your insurance, you may only be responsible for your copay/co-insurance and/or deductible.

Please note that you may request services within your therapeutic treatment that are not covered by insurance and you will be financially responsible for these services.

Authentic Reclaimed is in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, CIGNA, Optum Network (United and MGBHP) Point 32 Network (Harvard Pilgrim and Tufts- commercial and direct plans), and Aetna.

For therapy clients, the consult call is typically 15 minutes. We will briefly go over what brings you to therapy, review insurance/payment information, and discuss the intake process. This is a great opportunity for you to ask any questions.

We view our first session as a continuation of our consult call. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, start talking about treatment goals and getting to know one another. There may be important information such as family history, medication, previous diagnoses and presenting symptoms that we will discuss within our conversation.

We also review our practice policies with you, we confirm scheduling and we share with you our approach to your needs. This is a great opportunity for you to share what has/has not worked for you in the past if you have engaged in therapy in the past.

All sessions, including our first session, will be 60 minutes.

Most clients will meet weekly, but together we will discuss the most appropriate frequency that meets your needs and is aligned with your treatment goals.

Over time, our sssion frequency may change but we will always have a conversation about your journey together.

The length of your therapy journey is uniquely yours and will depend on your needs, goals and progress. We have worked with clients who graduated after a few months, and we also have clients that have worked with us for the past few years.

Periodically, we will check in on your progress, goals and experience in therapy and will discuss a plan moving forward; whether that is to decrease frequency and move toward discharge, or continue working together.

Authentic Reclaimed requires at least 24 hours notice for cancellations otherwise there is a $75 late cancellation fee. If you are late to a session, you may lose some of that session time.

If you are 15 or more minutes late to a session, that is considered a missed appointment and a $75 fee will be applied. Your therapist will sign off at 15 minutes and you will need to reschedule if you wish to have a session in the same week as your originally scheduled appointment (based on schedule availability).

We do waive these fees on a case by case basis due to extenuating circumstances. Please note that insurance does not reimburse or cover no shows or late cancellation fees.

No Surprises Act

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. 

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, an any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. 

Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For the entire Good Faith Estimate, we will provide this you electronically via Theraplatform during the intake process.
