Individual Therapy
Feeling overwhelmed, burnt out and unable to focus on your day to day? Struggling with implementing boundaries and doing every thing for everyone but yourself? Experiencing symptoms of past trauma that is getting in the way at work, in your relationships and holding you back from healing?
One on one therapy is one way to meet your current needs and to achieve your future goals. Sessions are provided on Theraplatform, a HIPAA compliant, telehealth platform that allows you to communicate, schedule and process payment for your sessions with your therapist. Sessions are typically 60 minutes. Some insurances accepted, private pay and sliding scale available.
What to expect in therapy
We believe in meeting clients exactly where they are in their unique journeys. Our approaches to therapy are centered around creating a safe and welcoming space for open and honest conversations. We offer a range of techniques and methods to ensure a comprehensive understanding of your symptoms. Through actively listening, empathizing, and employing evidence-based strategies, we work together to uncover the underlying factors contributing to your challenges.
All sessions are exclusively Telehealth via Theraplatform. We have found that our clients really enjoy Telehealth as they can be in their own space and comfort zone while we discuss life. Sessions can be scheduled weekly, biweekly or monthly-depending on your therapeutic needs and progress toward your goals.
We work with adults 18+
Therapy is about YOU. There is no “right way” to do therapy. Our job is to provide support, empathy, guidance and clinical expertise to address the challenges you face in life and help you toward feeling more like yourself. We appreciate your honest thoughts on our sessions and the progress you think you're making. If something we suggested didn't work for you, please tell us. There are plenty of ways to approach therapy, and it may take some trial and error to find what works best.
