Life is a journey, and at times, a challenging one. Whether it's something from the past, in the present, or a potential future that is giving us pause, there are many times in our lives that we may feel we can benefit from some additional support.

I bring to Authentic Reclaimed a background in working with those impacted by Domestic Violence, Relational Trauma, and Sexual Assault. As a Queer and Trans person, I deeply understand the unique experiences of LGBTQIA+ adults and youth, including those who may be experiencing depression or anxiety. My greatest passion as a provider is helping people uplift and embrace their true selves - the self that exists beyond the stressors of everyday life, past or current difficulties, and in the driver's seat of your future.

In my spare time, I am the happy roommate of four cats. I enjoy art, video games, nature, dungeons and dragons and cooking shows.

I look forward to building relationships with my clients where they feel heard and supported, and where treatment and goals are tailored to their individual needs. I believe that as a provider, it is my role to both validate and gently challenge clients, as growth often begins when we step outside our comfort zones.

I view therapy as a collaborative process, and see the relationship between provider and client as a partnership focused on sustainable progress that reflects your needs and values.

In my work, I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, and psychodynamic approaches. I welcome clients of all identities who feel they could benefit from working together. I work with adolescents ages 16 and up, as well as adults.
